Delivery severe delay - iPhone 6

Hello,

I ordered (upgrade) iPhone6 on the 24 October and it still hasn't arrived.

Only e-mail I received was the first one saying that the estimate delivery date 28 October - 04 November 2014. I have not heard from Vodafone since and every time I call the help desk they only tell me to wait for another few weeks and will give me the compensation once I received the phone, and nobody could tell me whether phone will be delivered in 2 days or 2 month.

I have been a Vodafone customer for 14 years and I am very upset about how I have been treated.

Please can someone tell me when my phone will arrive??

I just called up and they said that it would get send out to me when they get stock.

Still nothing. No reply to my email, no text updates, tracking site still shows early November. Terrible service. 

I've been waiting nearly 8 weeks and I've had two text updates the entire time. I would have been quicker walking to Foxconn and stealing one off the production line.

Hi @JobbyFace, I think definitely something happened on the Vodafone's system at the end of October as I was in exactly same situation as you, even same delivery date and waiting time.

I was just about to go into the process of leaving VF and contact the Watchdog to see if they can help me but, as I have been VF customer for 14 years and never had a problem, I have contacted the VF by e-mail using the link provided above for one last time and told them what I am planning to do if I don't receive the phone within 1 week. They emailed me back 4 days later asking few details so I replied. Before receiving the next email from VF I received a text from VF and DPD saying that my phone will be delivered tomorrow. After given false delivery dates verbally on the phone numerous times I feel that I’ve finally got reliable information.

Because of this experience I still don't believe that it will be delived on time until I receive it but I hope this gives you a bit of hope that you will receive it soon too, finally!!

I can't see any emails in to our inbox from the address you registered with here on the eForum.

I did use a different email address but I haven't had any emails back from Vodafone and I done it maybe a week or two ago. This is becoming tedious now.

I copied and pasted the subject code into the message.

ordered my Iphone 6 64gb in grey on 20/10/2014 and still awaiting for it!

just been told that they are expecting new stock in the New year.

That's good to hear. I.ordered a 64gb grey 6 on the 4th October. Maybe I'll be part of the next cohort allocated a handset

I've chased the order several times, both in store and online. Apparently the 64gb in Grey is the most ordered model.

Make sure you get the late delivery payment of £5 per week, but this set at a total of £30

I will post again to advise when it's been delivered
