Deregister suresignal

Hi,

I am no longer with Vodafone and cannot even remember my phone number I used at the time as I only had the contract for a brief period as couldn't get signal in my area. I would like to know if my sure signal has been deregistered or not? the serial number is 40114674308. Thank you.

Thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry to hear you've since left the network.

Registration details aren't something we can discuss without confirming your ownership of the old device. I've sent instructions on how to reach my team here so that we can take your old details and find your closed account for you.

From there we can let you know. If you don't remember your previous Vodafone number, simply give us as much information as possible along with your new contact number.
