Deregistering Sure Signal - original owner whereabouts unknown

Have de registered original owners details and in the process found that only they can de register it. I can,t seem to locate the old owner... Any thoughts?

We're only able to deregister a Sure Signal for the original owner I'm afraid.  Without getting in contact with them, you'll need a purchase a new one.
