someone help me!!
4 phone calls
4 emails to two different addresses
1 complaint form filled in
Yet still i cant get proof of barring/blacklisting. Yes i've filled the proof of purchase form in (twice) but the barring and blacklisting field in the responce email are blank!! i need it for my insurance, it cant be this difficult to obtain??

May I ask.if you've tried the online form.
If so then let the Vodafone Team here catch up with your thread and I'm sure they will help you with this situation.

yes i filled that form in twice. the date of barring and date of blacklisting fields are left blank!
