Very angry at the customer service I have received from Vodafone over the past few days due to an issue with my bill .... something which was a fault of one of your staff has been turned around onto myself and I've been made out to be in the wrong ... plus having to pay a large amount of money which technically should never have happened after being passed back and forth and being told several times that yourselves are at fault. Very disappointed.
