1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?
No. Everywhere.
2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs?
E14 2DL
3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?
I do not have another phone to try but I assume so
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?
'No Service'
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?
All- No service whatsoever
6) When did you first notice this issue?
All was fine until I tried to make a call, it cut off right away and since then I have had No Service.
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

@lolawolf I've checked your postcode on our network status checker and can see two issues within your area.
If this issue is permanent and not location specific, this could be an issue with your device/SIM card.
To help us to pinpoint the issue, please try your SIM card in a different device.
If you're unable to borrow one to try this, please visit your local Vodafone store.
