Since it's Pay-as-you-Go though, I'll assume you mean the K3565?
The only reason I can think of for the speed reductions on 3G is if there's a cell fault in your area. Can you confirm the postcode you're connecting from for us? We'll be able to check the cell sites in your area and raise a fault if needed
