You sent an email out stating that as from the 11th June 2017 you were doing away with roaming charges within the EU. The my vodafone app however still shows that i am on roaming minutes despite it being the 11-06-17. Why has this not changed? I recently renewed a contract for another handset and immediatly the app updated itself to show the new allowance

Hi @Jimbob59, if you had roaming as part of your contract you still get those roaming minutes/data/texts, then once used you start using your home minutes/data/texts, so for example if you had 500M roaming data and 4G home you ineffect have 4.5 G to use (providing you havent used your home allowance at home).
