Emails sent from HTC One M8 are not appearing in sent folder on HTC One M8

Hi

If I send an email from my HTC One M8 it does not appear in any sent folder on my phone or within Outlook. If I send an email using Outlook the sent email appears in my sent folder within Outlook and in the sent folder on my HTC.

I am using an ntlworld email address and IMAP settings on both my phone and Outlook.

Any help would be appreciated.

Please ensure the account is set up as seen on HTC support.

You may need to remove your current email account, reset your phone and add it back on.
