I've lately been experiencing an issue with my s5 recently where the right earpiece isn't working when connected via the headphone jack, I've tried mutiple headphones I thought it was a fault initially with them but it turns out the jackplug is faulty.

What is the best way to sort this out,  I have got insurance with Vodafone but am wondering if this is a fault samsung sorts out as it's not a year old yet?

Thanks

Ash

Hi, you can go either route, if you have insurance you will qualify for a (basic) replacement phone while yours is away. The advantage of going direct to Samsung is they have more leeway when it comes to repairs under warranty (and if there are any slight signs of damage/water problems).

Hi there

You can use Vodafone's repair service if you wish, and you will find more details here.  Alternatively, you can take the device to your nearest Samsung Repair Centre and you'll find more info here
