Hi all
I am trying to add a newly ported number to my sure signal but keep getting the same error , ie we are working on it please try again later , ive been trying for a week , i have spoken to the sure signal technial helpdesk & they keep promising to add it for me , im still waiting.
Any ideas?
The number in question was ported over from 3 mobile over a week ago so its in the vodafone system , i dont see the issue with it?!?

Is everything working such as calling , texting , data and your Myvodafone to confirm the port is 100% completed.
If it has then really apart from using your Dashboard to add it yourself only customer service have the required access. I assume re setting the sure signal and leaving it 24 hours does not help.

thanks for replying , everything if working perfectly with the new phone.
I have already asked customer services to add the number as it wont let me do so on the dashboard , adding any other number is fine , its just this ported in one that is causing issues.
