Error Code 635 When Using K3765

Hi,

I am new to this forum as I have just bought a Vodafone Mobile Connect plug & play pen K3765. I have installed the software and have successfully connected to the internet. However, since yesterday every time I try to connect now I get the message "Mobile Connection is not possible" and it gives me the error code 635. I have tried to remove the device from the "Manage Devices" and add it back in again, deinstall the software and reinstall, reboot my laptop a number of times all to no avail.

I am now finding this very frsustrating and wonder whether there is a simple answer to this. I am using Windows XP SP2.

Any help would be gratefully received before I have to take it back to the shop and get my money back and find an alternative supplier.
