Euro Traveller not working

Hey,
I am in Berlin and added euro traveller to phone but can't get access to the Internet unless it's wifi.
Do I need to keep data roaming on to use or should it just work?
Can't figure it out and really annoying!

If you have Euro Traveller active on your account you don't need any special settings other than turning roaming on. After that you can use your phone as normal with the £3 daily charge.

The only time you'll get charged more is if you exceed your allowances
