I am having issues openign attchments via email (exchange 2003) on the Vodafone Smart E8 phone (works fine on the Prime 7)
When I check the account options the maximum email size to sync shows as 0kb (dominated by the security policy)
Anyone else come across this?

Given that this is a fairly specialised issue, you may not get too many replies. However, I wonder whether it's a resource issue? How much storage do you have left and are you able to see how much RAM is being used? If the storage is nearly full, delete as much as you can. You could also try clearing the system cache - go into Settings|Storage and look for the Clear Cache option. A simple restart of the phone might help, too, if you haven't tried that already.

could you please share some more details of what you see / do not see in your use case? Are you able to download but not able to open the attachment or is nothing downloaded at all? Is this happening for all attachments or only for specific ones (e.g. specific file types of sizes)?
You say maximum sync size is 0kB dominated by the security policy. Am I right to assume that this is an admin controlled account and you are not able to change the sync size by yourself?
