I recently moved house, and was without broadband in the new property for about a month. During this time my data allowance on my Vodafone contract phone maxed out, so I had to add an extra 5GB data allowance (£5 per month).
This has been added and is being billed every single month on my invoices. For the life of me, I cannot find out how to remove this bolt on? I don't need it any more. Please assist how to deactivate this unwanted data being added every month please.

If you have only been paying £5.00 for 5GB of extra data, you have been getting the extra data discounted. The usual price is 2GB for £10.00 per month.
This is going to need account access to amend the data, this can be done by contacting Vodafone by using live chat or calling Customer Services.

If you call customer services on 191 or use Live Chat they'll be able to access your account and remove any relevant bolt on.
