Why do I constantly get charged for things I haven't used and then the customer service talk to me like I'm stupid?!
2 months of added data charges cause apparently that's what happens I have to pay for two months if I add a data package why?
i wouldn't go to asda and buy one apple and they tell me I'm paying for two just in case I want another one that month!

If I was going to ASDA and my bill was more than expected, I would go through the itemised charges on my bill, make sure I kept track of my spending, kept within a budget and didn't buy things which were not needed.
Vodafone don't make up extra charges and add them to your bill without having a valid reason. You need to log onto your online account and go through your itemised charges, this will give you the reason for the extra charges. If you are being charged extra for data, you are exceeding your monthly allowance and either need to increase your allowance or cut down on your usage. Try using Wifi where possible and turn off your mobile date.
Vodafone give customers the tools to manage their own account and make sure the monthly allowance is not exceeded. You have your online account, the My Vodafone Application the the 44555 free texts with your balance and usage.
There is the data application on your phone and there are data monitors which you can instal to give data usage in real time.
