I can't find any fibre broadband fora so apologies if this goes to the wrong place. I was looking at the unlimited broadband options particularly the super fast upt to 76mbytes.
Unfortunately nearly all the customer reviews are really bad and say don't go near because of issues of initial connectivity, broken promises but nearly all talk about the really bad customer service. Is this still the case or is it still bad?
At the moment I have a great but expensive service but I'm not prepared to switch to poor quality even at half my existing cost.
any constructive information gratefully received.

Hi,
What I would say is that balance is sometimes lacking on forums as people tend to sign up to log there negative experiences and not many sign up and post their positive experiences.
The only issue I've personally heard is that a person cannot use their own router with Vodafone Broadband. You have to use Vodafones.

There is another thread re Home broadband and phone detailling issues people have had even getting signed up for VF broadband. So many things seem to go wong and there is a startling lack of communication.
