ive just boughta new contract and i get the free package so i choose spotify, log in with facebook to my account, it even says in the corner logged in as jack ***** is this you? so i confirm it and i still have the free version and premium is no where to be seen, any help is appriciated, thanks.

If you already have a Spotify account and have logged into this from Facebook, before you are able to activate the premium subscription which comes with your contract, the ongoing subscription will first need to be cancelled. Please be aware the subscription will run its course until the end of the remaining period after cancellation.
As soon as your present subscription has been cancelled and if no longer valid, clear your cookies and cache and opt into your new subscription by following the link below.
