Why oh why do vodafone give me false hope by sending me the following text when they haven't upgraded at all!

Hello. Great news - we've upgraded the network in your area, so you're now ready to enjoy even better coverage on our best ever network. Visit our coverage checker at www.vodafone.co.uk/coveragechecker for the latest network information where you are.

Stop sending these messages vodafone unless you really do upgrade in my area!

May I ask what your postcode is @chrismah123 or if you wish to keep that private then fill out the template and post your results here and then the Social Media Team here can see what is happening in your area and why you've been sent what sounds to.be an automatic text.

Hi there my postcode is CA28 which the coverage checker shows I can get 2G. The signal is variable for 3G and 4G in my area. Some days it's good and my signal on my mobile shows H other times it shows only one bar on E.

@chrismah123 We'd be unable to take a more detailed look into the coverage in your area without a full postcode. Feel free to send this across in a reply on this thread - or if you'd prefer to keep this private, you can add it to your profile here

From your most recent post it sounds like you'd benefit from manually changing your device settings to 2G only - give this a try. :smileyhappy:

Hi Alex, and thanks for your reply. Sorry, I was only having a moan as I know I do not have a very good signal, but I dont like to be reminded of that by Vodafone sending me a text to say they have improved the signal in my area, when they havn't done anything at all. Moan over! One day they might really improve the signal 🙂
