Faulty Handset Replacement

Dear Sir or Madam, I see you recieved my faulty phone i`m sorry i did`nt put any information about the fault (I found it on my desk after i`d posted it) it read out of box failure device which was the instructions i got off your reception man Jordan after i had explained what was wrong with it. my contact details are Email Address is [Removed in line with House Rules] My telephone No is [Removed in line with House Rules] Mobile No is [Removed in line with House Rules] you wont recognise the mobile Number because i bought your phone as sim free so i could use it on any network. Her`es hoping this clears things up. Your thankfully Mr B Burnett.

If you bought the phone SIM-free, I assume it didn't come fom Vodafone?   If that's the case, it would need to go back to the supplier.   In the even that Vodafone are doing the repair, I'd expect a basic test of the device, which should show up the fault.  They'll also do a basic electrical test and a reflash of the firmware, which may fix it in any case.
