Hi, my activation day was 9th October 2017, the following evening I contacted Vodafone chat to see why it was not working. Then I was told bt found a fault and the activation day is moved to 15th. Today I still have no service. I contacted them again and they said service USB active from their end. I don't know what's happening however they sent me a bill on 9th October asking me to pay by 20th. I don't even have service running but they want money already.

Well that’s not a seamless activation which a person should expect and I’m sure what Vodafone want to supply.
Im not 100% sure but activation dates don’t typically happen on a Weekend.
The billing will be automatic but I’m sure Vodafone would take into account the delay and adjust or refund any amount taken.
If this was my situation I’d ring the dedicated phone number on Monday and seek assistance.
