I was supposed to get £10 included on my new PAYG sim when I transferred from Talkmobile. The envelope it was packaged in said it was already loaded but there's nothing there. If I try to apply again using the same voucher code it says the code has already been used, so it should have gone through.
Anyone else with a similar problem? Not a huge amount, but it's the principle

I am glad I am not the only one who believed the £10 bundle was on the SIM. Have lost £4 because the bundle wasn't activated and I foolishly installed the vodafone app - there was no warning it would cost £2 to activate until after I had been charged. At least it alerted me to the bundle not being activated.

Hi Bayswimmer, Have you looked at all the 'out of bundle' charges? It's not just the £2 minimum data charge that's amazing - so are the call and messages charges. Good job you didn't make any phone calls. How can they not refund those charges when it is their fault you were charged, because they failed to provide the bundle they had contractually agreed to?

Yes I had the same problem. Only discovered it when I downloaded the Vodafone app which needed mobile data and a message came up saying I had been charged £2 for mobile data. £4 used in total when I thought I was covered by bundle. All Vodafone would do was start bundle from today. I was without a mobile for 48 hours in the transfer process so a terrible start at Vodafone.
