Pretty cross to see that some of my reward points have been removed. The last notification I had from Vodafone was on 2.11.16 saying that 410 of my points from a total of 2710 would expire on 31.12.16, so I exchanged points for a £20 Vodafone voucher, so that would have used up plenty of points. I can't see that less than 10 months down the line I would have points from more than 2 years ago! Looks like something has gone wrong. I'd like my missing points back please 😕

I would suggest to speak with Customer service on 191 or Live Chat and they'll access your account to help. 

Reward points now only last 12 months instead of 2 years.

Yes, and the expiry date was moved from end December to end August. You should have received an SMS about this in late July. I got a text, but the wording was pretty bland - though I knew I didn't have any points older than a few months, so my message didn't include any mention of actual points due to be removed. I noticed a post about that quite recently - the customer had received a text about points expiring, but thought it might be some sort of scam.
