Hy there,
I'm being charged again this month because my text & web freebee hasn't automatically renewed even though I topped up £10 well before the 30 days was up. I just can't afford the £2 a day for data or the text charges. This has been happening every month for about a year. I get my reminder txt to top £10 to make sure it renews but it just won't! Please help.

I can certainly understand how this would be frustrating and inconvenient.
Has Customer Services on 191 or Live Chat been able to help ?
Totally understand your currently happy with the tariff your on but have you perhaps considered the Big Value Bundle options.
To stop any accidental data usage in the interim you could turn Off Mobile Data in your phones settings. Not the most convenient I understand but at least that would stop the charge.
