As in common with many previous postings, my device (v2) has been working fine for several years but will now not receive incoming calls and texts.
Understand server adjustments needed. Please help

Everything looks great although I can see it's still not currently connecting with our servers.
The first thing to try is a new Ethernet cable in case the current one has developed a fault.
Please let me know which lights are showing on the Sure Signal a these will often indicate what's preventing this from working.

Not connected at the moment as powered off to let me receive texts, etc. Will power on and try new Ethernet cable and then let you know.

New Ethernet cable, powered on, all three lights on steady while phone is on.
No texts getting through.

Problem now appears to be resolved! After reading same issues in another thread I changed the postcode for the location of the Sure Signal, waited a few minutes and then reset it to the correct postcode. All now appears to work!
Unless Vodafone techies did some changes behind the scenes without informing me, there is no involvement needed by them.
