We have full signal bars on all connected mobiles, and the SS v1 lights appears to be on and flashing as expected.
We've had a number of calls today where the people on the other end have complained of poor signal and breaking up. These were calls made by landlines.
Is there an outage on the SS in the GL7 area?

VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

The reason I started another thread was to address an issue that didn't present it's self within your trouble shooting guide.
I'm getting fed up with having to check on the status of the SS and restating it as it's too fragile a piece of equipment to be expected to operate as required.
Perhaps instead of constantly maintaining the device Vodafone should concentrate on developing a robust piece of equipment that functions as the user would intend it too.
