Well on most android devices GPS is on the pull down blind
Well yes and no !!
We have Location this turns everything off this includes location via mobile data and wife
So what if you want gas only !!!
Panic not
As always Samsung have hidden it and once set turning location of and on via the blind works
So here it is
Open settings and press locations turn this on
By default it uses every thing gps, Wi Fi , mobile
at the top you will see this the first option press and hold
this opens a hidden menu allowing you to pic which eg gps only
now when you turn the location option in the pull down the activates only what you want this can save battery use
when your out and about you can use gps only or gps and mobile. When out turn your Wi Fi off helps
