Galaxy Note 7 Pre-Order issues

Hi all 

First post here! trying to find out more about my Note 7 Pre-order as ive not heard anything since the initial order.

Has anyone had confirmation they will be getting it on the 30/8?

Tried chat and 191 both saying different things as is in store. Also the tracking is not working yet because it is a pre-order.

I know there are some supply issues but I will need to amend delivery address if im not getting it on the tuesday and obviously dont have much time to change anything.

any help would be appricated.

Also there seems to be no news from Vodafones side. From what I understand Ee are offering temporary handsets to those affected and a good will gesture of 8gb extra per month on contracts.

Wonder why on the online chat with Vodafone they are saying I will be getting mine this week? They also said samsung are bringing out a statement in the next day or so

Tbh I don't think they really know much. I was told by an advisor that it is at least October is what they're being told.

Well they basically have to remake 2 or so million batteries and retrofit them, only then will they even be back on track for continued production. Wonder how many batteries they can make in a day? And that''s assuming they've solved the issue with production quality.

Did anyone order the note7 + VR headset bundle on Vodafone Advantage? 

Vodafone say my order was stuck in 'pending' and they're not honouring Advantage because it doesn't work on 'offers.'

What you have been told is correct, if you have a read of the T&Cs of Vodafone Advantage, you'll see it cannot be combined with any other discount or promotional offer.

we'll have to agree to disagree. the website let me place the order in its entirety with the advantage code. You can still do this today with the G5 bundled offer without any problem.

I have got note7 with VR. Just been told people exchanging have a date of the 19th sept. Pre ordered people lie myself they said they are doing it as quick as possible
