Galaxy Note 7 Pre-Order issues

Hi all 

First post here! trying to find out more about my Note 7 Pre-order as ive not heard anything since the initial order.

Has anyone had confirmation they will be getting it on the 30/8?

Tried chat and 191 both saying different things as is in store. Also the tracking is not working yet because it is a pre-order.

I know there are some supply issues but I will need to amend delivery address if im not getting it on the tuesday and obviously dont have much time to change anything.

any help would be appricated.

Hi Lousie,

That announcement doesn't really help those of us who pre-ordered the day Vodafone opened pre-orders, and didn't receive the phone on the 30th August as promised. What do we do? Do we get one of the handsets allocated out for the 19th September, or do we have to wait for general release - thus negating the point of pre-ordering in the first place.

Will any customers be compensated for replacing their devices and for those who pre ordered but are still waiting on deliveries. I understand other networks are offering this for all customers who are replacing phones and the ones who pre ordered but didn't receive there orders. Thanks

So what about people like myself that have pre ordered the note7 have we got to wait for the 19th for the phone that's we PRE ordered? There is nothing in that's statement saying we get it sooner. Just says when it's released on the 19th

you're probably looking at october. that is unless youor oder has been cancelled, in which case you'd need to replace it, hitting yuor credit report and youo wouldn't get the headset.

Your would have thought the people who pre ordered should be the first ones to get the phone

We will be first to get handsets, they obviously will replace the dangerous handsets first as they could catch fire. Then they will fulfill preorders. End of the day lots of people in the same boat people just gonna have to wait.

I put a note 7 in my basket on Vodafone website and had the option to collect in store from Sept 21st.

It's just tracking 2 weeks from the date you try. I looked at that last week, and again on Monday. If you check tomorrow, it will give you a pickup from 22nd September.

I've already got my note 7 and still don't have a clue what's going on. I just phoned vodafone to ask if I need to arrange before the 18th and the stupid girl on the phone said she'll arrange a bag to be sent out tomorrow so I can get another phone. When I tried to explain ive got a dodgy note7 she said she'd put my through to arrange the bag being sent. I hung up, ##~## is going on?

Got a text and email off vodafone last night saying they are trying hard to get the phone sorted as they are waiting for stock from Samsung. Vodafone said they will text me again in 4 days or sooner when the hear more for a update
