Galaxy Note 7 Pre-Order issues

Hi all

First post here! trying to find out more about my Note 7 Pre-order as ive not heard anything since the initial order.

Has anyone had confirmation they will be getting it on the 30/8?

Tried chat and 191 both saying different things as is in store. Also the tracking is not working yet because it is a pre-order.

I know there are some supply issues but I will need to amend delivery address if im not getting it on the tuesday and obviously dont have much time to change anything.

any help would be appricated.

They're all as bad as each other when it comes to a problem, especially a non standard one.

O2 complaints procedure does seem to be better though.

My ordeal may be finally over but Vodafone didn't even bother apologising for treating me like ##~##.

Glad to see some of you getting sorted with them. I've had 2 missed calls from them in the last 24 hours both while I've been at work. Unfortunately the number they use is not one you can call back on so I guess I'll just wait for the next one.

My email did ask them to leave a voicemail with a direct number to reach them on but they haven't.

Interesting to see Ofcom's decision on the news this morning, certainly adds fuel to our argument.

Samsung have sent through a notification this morning advising they will be limiting battery to 60% again from 31/10/2016. Better hope Vodafone resolve this before then!

Just had a text from Voda on behalf of Samsung stating that I am to get a £90 refund as a thank you for staying with Samsung. To be taken off my next bill apparently. Still waiting for word back from Samsung about the stuff I ordered for my Note7 back in august.

I've returned my Note 7 23. September. Today is 26th October and I don't have any offers, any calls from Vodafone. This is unacceptable , I've never had so many problems with any network providers like Vodafone. I want to cancel my contract. , I really demand full refund . I pay charges for the phone, but I don't have the handset , this is really annoying, and ##~##!

you are within your rights to cancel for a full refund, or revert back to a contract you were on before an upgrade. This is a legal right if Vodafone do not honour it simply call the consumer action line. Vodafone are not obliged to offer any deals but they do have to honour the cancellation

Same here. Have offered S7 Edge at £53pm on 24mnth or £68pm on 12mnth. No chance. Waiting for return bag and will either drop down to SIM only or cancel completely.

Gonna look at other deals on the interweb, possibly for reconditioned units which I could sell on once Samsung's new offering is revealed.
