Galaxy Note 7 Pre-Order issues

Hi all 

 

First post here! trying to find out more about my Note 7 Pre-order as ive not heard anything since the initial order.

 

Has anyone had confirmation they will be getting it on the 30/8?

 

Tried chat and 191 both saying different things as is in store. Also the tracking is not working yet because it is a pre-order.

 

I know there are some supply issues but I will need to amend delivery address if im not getting it on the tuesday and obviously dont have much time to change anything.

 

any help would be appricated.

Well they still haven't sorted out the extra they are billing me for the phone I didn'y receive and the contract I didn't terminate early, think I will have to check out CAB and see what legal action I can take.

Hi Everyone - I would definately suggest emailing Nick Jefferys office directly. All of my issues have FINALLY been resolved. With my currrent existing line that I upgraded a month or two before the GN7 line I had the contract length halved! and extra discount added to the line also. 

 

 

As someone pointed out before its definately the way to go.

Contacted Voda again (5th time) this week
To ask where my refund is, after cancelling my order the day after the note 7 was released
5 times now they've promised it will be in my account within 24 hours.
They even offered me an extra 2gb of data on my wifes sim only account as a sorry for the trouble
Nada on both counts
No refund again
And no extra data on the other account
Time to go to the small claims court I think and cancel my other contract as well !
Absolutely diabolical service

@Louise_E following up from Friday I also have still not been contacted to sort out the situation which is still ongoing. To summarise I have an end date in 2018, i do not have the vodafone extras or Euro traveller which i had before and would like to have eevrything sortd and a written breakdown of my plan...as i dont have any confidence that i will be told all the details...can you help?

Hi @Louise_E I have made several calls with the CS team, each time I have been assured that my problem has been fixed, as of this time it still shows an oustanding balance that is incorrect.

Hi @Louise_E - I have now dealt with the directors office. She was lovely to speak to, unfortunate that Vodafone have not had the sense to react flexibly to this situation. I was promised a Royal Mail return bag which still hasn't arrived though.

Not that it makes much difference, I thought Royal Mail had refused to carry the Note 7. Looking forward to seeing how this one plays out.

I will be speaking to Vodafone on Wednesday to demand my refund And to get a pac code for my other line as all the promises made (5 times over) have just been pure lies.
The 2gb offered as some sort of compensation, I received a text saying that this was not possible and to log on and add the extra 2gb myself and pay for it !

This is the first time I have been with Vodafone ever in over 20 years of mobile use.
I now know why...... and am so glad that the note 7 deal fell through as if this is how you treat potential new customers instead to think how you treat existing ones
Thankfully my other line is on 12 month sim only and runs out in 2 months anyway
So long, fair well, auf wiedersehen, goodbye...
I will never entertain Vodafone again and will do my utmost to talk others into boycotting them as well..!

Vodafone tells nothing but a pack of lies so you can get off the phone it has now been 3 weeks since my account was to be closed and full refund given. Last Thursday delta with complaints dept who informed me they would get the account closed guess what another pack of lies but they will get a phone call in the morning letting them know I am taking it further as my last call to them I informed them that the call was being recorded so have the recording from Chris telling me the account would be closed down and I would get a full refund so my lawyer is getting a copy tomorrow and so will the obminsman
