Galaxy Note 7 Pre-Order issues

Hi all 

 

First post here! trying to find out more about my Note 7 Pre-order as ive not heard anything since the initial order.

 

Has anyone had confirmation they will be getting it on the 30/8?

 

Tried chat and 191 both saying different things as is in store. Also the tracking is not working yet because it is a pre-order.

 

I know there are some supply issues but I will need to amend delivery address if im not getting it on the tuesday and obviously dont have much time to change anything.

 

any help would be appricated.

It's only complete because I cancelled my direct debit, refused to pay anything and had to wait a month from my last bill that was incorrect for the latest bill that had a credit to make it something like.

In that time I've had reminders in the post and via text, God knows if you've messed up my credit rating or not.

I didn't even go into detail checking the correction to the mess that Vodafone made, I just wanted to settle the account and get shot of Vodafone.

I've no idea what's request you put in but I've heard nothing and the only reason the issue has been resolved/settled is from me wearing more of my time.

Part of me feels like paying to settle my other account early just so I can bid Vodafone farewell once and for all.

I'll make sure thatv everybody I know doesn't join Vodafone and those that are with Vodafone leave as soon as they can.

One of the most shooting things is that Vodafone has the best coverage at my home

What use is a generic message via pm Will.

I've sorted closure of my account with Vodafone and just have to wait for my other one to run about before I completely see the back of Vodafone

Another 35min phone call and still paying for a phone I don't have. No apology for how badly Vodafone have been treating me, just got hung up on after I challenged why I couldn't move back to my old tariff now the phone has been returned.

I tell I lie, I wasn't hung up on. My phone was disconnected during the call. I now have no phone line. Honestly had enough with Vodafone. Please can you organise someone to sort this mess out!!!

Live chat promised me I was reconnected and if I rebooted my phone it would work....... Guess what. No phone line and I'm waiting for a call about a new job offer.

If it's any consolation they did the same thing to me, disconnected my number whilst I was on the phone to them from that very number!

It's another level of idiocy
