Galaxy Note 7 Pre-Order issues

Hi all 

First post here! trying to find out more about my Note 7 Pre-order as ive not heard anything since the initial order.

Has anyone had confirmation they will be getting it on the 30/8?

Tried chat and 191 both saying different things as is in store. Also the tracking is not working yet because it is a pre-order.

I know there are some supply issues but I will need to amend delivery address if im not getting it on the tuesday and obviously dont have much time to change anything.

any help would be appricated.

There will be apps available but it's not just a case of downloading an app.  If you want to use VR you will also need some additional tech such as the Samsung Gear VR headset. If that is a bit too pricey, there is always the Google Cardboard which, despite not looking as nice, will do the same thing.

The VR headset came with the phone, i'll faff with it later.  Been busy setting up and photo taking. I'm looking forward to trying 360 video.  :smileyhappy:

Sorry - it wasn't clear from your message that you had the VR headset - it kinda sounded like you didn't and were querying what you could use.

I ordered mine on the 25th and it looks like I'm not getting it until 02Sep, which is not what was advertised on the shop site.

I'm abosoultley fustrated by the lack of communication that has come from Vodafone.

As a Vodafone prime member i've had to phone up and pursue where my phone is after being promised it on the 30th Aug. To then be told 2 different dates ranging from the 9th September now to the 2nd Sept (even that is a hopeful as its on back order).

Is anyone else in this position?

I ordered min on the 25th and was under the impression from the Vodafone shop that it would be delivered today, but have been told the 2nd. Sorry about double post.

I was but from my experience with them over the last week they dont always know.

They said mine would be next week but I now have it all be it the wrong one.

The only thing I would say is DPD will contact you on the day of delivery so you wont know the day before.

Vodafone haven't got a clue! I went on online chat this morning and they looked at my account and i was told that I wouldn't have my phone until 2nd at the earliest as the stock hadn't come in. Within 5 minuets of being told this I had a text from dpd and it was delivered at dinner time.

Day 2 and still nothing! Very angry as I needed this for the weekend :smileyfrustrated:
