Galaxy Note 7 Pre-Order issues

Hi all 

First post here! trying to find out more about my Note 7 Pre-order as ive not heard anything since the initial order.

Has anyone had confirmation they will be getting it on the 30/8?

Tried chat and 191 both saying different things as is in store. Also the tracking is not working yet because it is a pre-order.

I know there are some supply issues but I will need to amend delivery address if im not getting it on the tuesday and obviously dont have much time to change anything.

any help would be appricated.

I have it and it's in a Vodafone box...

But it is the wrong colour looks like I won't be playing with the new phone yet.

Assume your sending it back then and definitely the original colour of choice.

Yes just reordered the replacement Black Onyx one but they said  could use it in the meantime so will still get to play

also dont be put off by the Vodafone box it is the nice samsung box inside, not like the US's AT&T variant

Tip ~ 

Take Time / Date stamped pictures of the device to show the condition you sent it back in and one of it turned on if you can.

Awesome will definity be doing that, keeping all the plastic on it still too! not like he iphone where you have to remove it to use it by the looks of things

Mine arrived and i'm shocked at how much sharper the screen is than iPhone 6 Plus and the camera is a lot better too!  Looking forward to trying out VR later but no idea on what? I'm guessing there's apps somewhere on the Playstore....

I noticed the same, I plan to do a video comparision from both Note7 and the 6s Plus see what that is like.
