Galaxy Note 7 Pre-Order issues

Hi all 

 

First post here! trying to find out more about my Note 7 Pre-order as ive not heard anything since the initial order.

 

Has anyone had confirmation they will be getting it on the 30/8?

 

Tried chat and 191 both saying different things as is in store. Also the tracking is not working yet because it is a pre-order.

 

I know there are some supply issues but I will need to amend delivery address if im not getting it on the tuesday and obviously dont have much time to change anything.

 

any help would be appricated.

I thought there was only going to be a couple of people in this situation but it appears not. I think I'm going to go to my local Vodafone store, give them everything and walk out.

Thankfully I didn't pay anything upfront, there's just the monthly cost of my SIM only plan that vodafone have messed up.

 

  • I had to contact Vodafone to cancel my Note 7 preorder
  • Vodafone charged me the wrong amount last month, at least they've credited it this month
  • But I've been charged a cancelation fee for cancelling my Note 7 order!?
  • Along with the wrong billing amount
  • Because I've switched my number to O2, I can't log in to check my bills!

Never again will I use vodafone (who annoyingly have the best reception where I live) and I will spread the word so that other people avoid having to deal with them.

Someone needs to set up a Facebook page or something and attack Vodafone that way.

@Louise_E I would still like someone from your team to look at my plan and to confirm everything has been actioned correctly as i am still showing upgrade in 2018 which is wrong

I still have my note 7... sick to death of phoning Vodafone to come and collect it. Was told I could switch to sim only on Thursday yet it still hasn't moved over! If I have to call Vodafone again I will be telling them where to shove there phone and sim only plan!!
