Getting an NUC Code

Hi

I have been trying to get an NUC code for an iPhone 4s locked to voda that I passed on to a friend for her son after I upgraded. I have been into stores, called 191 a million times and tried to fill in the form on the voda website all to no avail. Today this says link may be missing, dleted or broken.

The phone is for a gift for my friends sons birthday which is on Sunday and she is very upset that she wont have a gift for him if this is not resolved. 191 just told me about this eforum so I'm trying you as a last resort.

Please can somebody help me get this code?

Alison,

There is NO code for an iPhone. Once you've requesterd the unlock Apple will process it and you have to sync the phone to iTunes to complete the unlock.

Have you done that?

No I havent done this. I dont know how to but of all the vodafone emplyees who I have spoken to in the last 6 weeks, not one has told me this. How do I do this and how long does it take?
