Hi, i got an email this morning from Vodafone UK that my iphone will be blacklisted "...as we believe that it was acquired from Vodafone with no intention to pay""!!!
I fell off my chair when I saw this.
I've been trying all day to get someoen from the Fraud Team to speak to but the number [Removed] appears to be a voicemail where you leave your name and number and someone will call back.
Is there any other means to speak directly to someone from the Fraud Team to see what the issue is?
Greatful for any help.

Did the email happen to mention the IMEI in question, and if so is it actually yours ? It sounds to me as though someone may have associated the wrong IMEI with the wrong customer account, or worse may have mistyped the IMEI they were searching for in the first place. Good luck getting any sort of response from the fraud team. If I were you I would firstly check with Customer Service that your account is all up to date etc. If so then I think you'll need one of the team here to assist you further. MODS !!

Thank you for the reply. Yes, the last 4 digits of the IMEI are those of my iPhone. I use this phone for business so last thing I’d like to avoid is for the phone to stop working in the middle of a conversation. I checked online of there is an insurance claim or other blocks but it all came back clean.
I hope someone knows a direct number into the fraud team so that I can talk to a human and not an answering machine!
