Our ISP as a Business is Griffin, Suresignal does not work with this ISP, 

Would it be possible for it to be whitelisted as an ISP so that we can connect?

Hi mikebrandl,

Whilst we wouldn't blacklist a particular service provider, if their IP addresses are reguistered as non-UK, those would be blocked.

If you can confirm the external IP ranges you're using, we'll check these for you.

Also I believe you partner with Griffin, Do you know if they are currently blocking your NTP Servers? Could this be having an affect on why they are not working?

I can see that the IP range isn’t currently on our whitelist.

I’ve requested for this to be added and will let you know when it’s been done.
