There is no signal to make or receive calls on network in the southern area of the islands.
HS8 5SB is the area post code with no signal
Not tried SIM card in other phone, but multiple phones are not getting coverage to make calls, not just one phone
Not able to make or receive calls
There is limited 3G coverage anyway, but this along with 2G is not available since Saturday 5th November
This issue has been permanent since Saturday, so not been able to have any communications for 4 days now on mobile. However when phone is in the northern part of the islands, ie HS7 postcode then the phone is working, therefore there must be an issue with the transmitter in the southern part of the islands which needs rectified or investigated as soon as possible.
