Hi,
Placed an order this morning for two upgrades for numbers on my account (one for a 6 and one for a 6 Plus). The 6 upgrade appears to have progressed as I can no longer upgrade that number and the new price plan shows in my account.
However - the order for the 6 plus appears to have gone through twice (I've even got two emails and separate order numbers), so can someone look into this for me please - clearly the duplicate orders aren't correct, but I'd like to know whether either of these orders will actually go through, or get cancelled, and I don't want their being a duplicate order cause the whole thing to block.
Interestingly my account for the number with the duplicate 6 Plus orders, also still shows I can upgrade and has not updated to the new price plan as yet.
Any help appreciated. Thanks!

I haven't duplicated my order, but it's still giving me the option to upgrade, despite having done so an hour ago?
I have received the order details email with the WEB-000000000000000000000 number, saying they will inform me when the order is confirmed.
Some clarification from VF would be appreciated!

Was your order for a 6 or a 6 Plus?

I wonder whether something slightly different process wise is happening with the Plus given the 6 order which I'd ordered after the 6 Plus has clearly got further down the process given it is blocking an upgrade and shows the new price plan.
I do hope this isn't an ominous sign that Voda know they'll have plenty of 6's but not enough of the 6 Plus.

Further update. Based on a message I'd seen in another thread about someone who'd ordered this morning but not proceeded to get a confirmation email yet (and still showing an upgrade available), I thought what the heck and I'll try upgrading again.
Hey presto. Pre ordered again and I've recieved the intital email and confirmation email within about 2 minutes. My account is now showing I cannot upgrade this number too, so hopefully all good.
Would advise anyone else in the similar position to try the same!

Awesome tip, just redid my upgrade for my iPhone 6 Plus and got a Order recieved and Order confirmed emails within about 1 minute of each other.
Definitely recommend anybody who hasn't got confirmation gives it a try.
