Hi Stephanie12345,

The first thing I'd recommend is connecting to iTunes to check for any software updates. If it's all up to date, please try the steps in our Network Troubleshooting thread.

If you are still experiencing the issue after completing these steps, post the template with your answers here and I'll have a member of the team get back to you ASAP. :Smiling:

Cheers, Ben

I don't think it's the network I think it's the phone

Try rebooting the phone.
Hold the Home and the Sleep buttons down until the Apple logo appears the release and wait for the phone to restart itself.

You will not lose any data in doing so.

I've tried everything and it's done nothing it takes the mick why would it just stop working? I pay 10pound a month for text messages and for what ? For them not send! I won't be topping up at end of month if it's not sorted

It must be the phone, nothing to do with Vodafone.

Trt this

1) Restart your iPhone

2) Deactivate / Reactivate iMessage (Settings / Messages)

3) Reset Network Settings (Settings / General / Reset)

Tried it thanks but no solution

You've probably tried this but:

What happens if you enter their number manually and then send the text?
