Helper to a Newbie.

Not sure what to say here but I was promoted to "Helper" with a fanfare of emails despite never having said a good word about Vodafone Broadband and its non working router.

Now I find myself reduced to the rank of "Newbie" again without an infraction notice or message.

Sounds about right for Vodafone and do I really care??

Unfortunately your not alone with the recent changes to the forum structure some peoples rankings were affected.
