Home phone features and voicemail not activating

Why does it seem so chaotic at Vodafone! 50 minutes waiting in the queue to speak to someone. I ordered calling features and voicemail and they never seem to get activated.

Anyone else experiencing this issue? 

I just keep  getting told another 48 hours, it’s been 5 days now.

Also, why is Vodafone telling people that they cannot send SMS text messages from there home phone? It worked  perfectly well earlier. This information is wrong and it is listed in the help and support section.

of course BT text will work, the technology is pretty much the same as a fax machine but without paper.

Seriously sort out the chaos!
