I have two phones on my account, both of which I took out 24-month contracts in December 2015. One of them shows the contract end date of 15th Dec 2017, the other is incorrect - 12th August 2018. I have tried to get this amended 3 times (once by phone, twice by chat). I have the chat transcripts which state that the Aug 18 end date is wrong and that it should definitely be 15th Dec 17. Every time they say it's going to be amended nothing happens.
How do I get this sorted?

Really it's customer service who resolve issues like this but I can see you've exhausted that route @griffly16
We do have a Vodafone Social Media Team here who read all posts and help where they can so please let them catch up with your post and I'm sure that they will help you with this situation if they can.
