Hi, I have a problem, every now and again the balance I've topped up on my Pay As You Go telephone suddenly decreases to almost nothing without any warning. How do I check what I'm spending? I'm tried calling the support team but them seem unable to tell me

Does your myvodafone app or myvodafone online show up anything to help.clarify what's being used ?
191 or Live Chat can access your account so should be able to clarify. What have they advised you and which Payg Tariff type are you on ?
