How do I tell if the SS I bought is unregistered?
Does it say its registered to someone else when you try to register it?
I get this error when trying to register which doesnt tell me anything

Is it a 2nd hand Sure Signal?
If so then it's a real possibility the original owner hasn't de registered before providing it to you.
They will need to log in and De register or if they no longer have an account contact customer service.
If this is a new Sure Signal then if all else fails use Live Chat or Customer service on 191.

The point is this is a stupid error message if in fact its telling me its already registered?

Hi @farout
The first thing to try is having a clear out of your cookies and PC cache, leave it for a few minutes to settle down and try again.
If you purchased the SS from Vodafone and the problems persists, live chat will find the reason.

I repeat what is the message I should get when registering the SS and it is already registered? Is it the same as oh your cookies are filled with too much porn?

I dont know why you waste your time. Vodafone is a horrible provider if it wasnt for a contract I wouldnt have anything to do with them!

Is this a website/vodafone error or is there something wrong with the Sure Signal serial number etc?
