How do I get an NFC sim

I have a compatable phone, I've been a customer for a month yet I still can't get an answer to when will I get an nfc sim. EE, who I was with had them and I used their wallet over the last 12 months but I can't find out when Vodafone will be able to get me one. I have phoned, been into the shop - nothing. "They don't work" or "we will get one to you soon"! Why can EE do it but you can't!

Hi. They are being rolled out gradually, you can't request one and they can't say when any specific customer will get one.

Thanks for the quick response, but as a new customer, why haven't I been given one - not because I'm a new customer but so they don't have to replace it later?

Sorry can't help you with that one, this has come up before and that was the response we were given.
