I have a large internet charge pending as I went over my monthly allowance without knowing, I found out purely by chance when I checked my account for bill dates. I expected to receive an email warning when I got close to my limit but have had nothing. I don't have a Vodafone phone or an app as I just use my laptop with the mobile internet. I would like to make a formal compaint that customers such as myself are not warned about internet charges when a simple email would have saved me a lot of money.

Hi @Ali42,
It's your responsibility to monitor your usage throughout the month.
We provide our My Vodafone app to allow you to do this.

Hi Matt,
Thank you for your reply, however this does not help me. I cannot run an app on my Windows laptop. Please can someone tell me how I can make a compliant to Vodafone?

Hi @Ali42,
If you're using a dongle or mobile wi-fi device, your My Vodafone account also has a usage monitor.
