Hi all,
I tried to text a competition the other day (it was a short dial number) but whenever you do this, Samsung flag up a message confirming if you are sure you want to text the number as you'll be charged.
I accidentally hit no and now I can't text short dials.
Does anyone know how I can revert this setting at all please?
TIA
Cate

You may need to back up and factory reset.

Hi @Raramaster
You should be able to do this through the bars on your online account. There is a charge to account bar which would need to be enabled.
Any problems, live chat will be able to help.

It's an inbuilt feature in the Samsung phone and not connected to the Vodafone Account.
I see this pop up message on my phone when I text to get my payg balances.
