Yeah this does sound a bit like a DNS issue
Can I ask if you'd try downloading and installing the
full VMC Suite version 9.3.6? We've been investigating this matter, and upgrading to a newer version does appear to be resolving matters. This can happily coexist with the VMC Lite, but if it continues to be a problem, download the latest
VMC Lite version as an upgrade.
